Shih Hsin flies the flag in Hong Kong

Shih Hsin was one of 91 Taiwan universities and colleges that took part in the Hong Kong Education Exhibition 2015 (Oct 30 to 31). University President Wu hosted the SHU stand with Chairman of Journalism Department and Communication Peng Huai-En. They were joined by current students Wan Xie Yun and Wu Guanying who are on exchanges at City University of Hong Kong.

Numbers of students from Hong Kong studying in Taiwan have grown rapidly from 1,100 in 2012 to 2,600 in 2014. This year the number is expected to rise to a new high.

At a dinner party with the Shih Hsin University Hong Kong Alumni Association, President Wu asked alumni to keep in touch with their alma master. Deputy Director of Public Affairs Liao Pei An invited alumni back to SHU next year for the 60th Anniversary Celebration.
