Chief Secretary Nai-Fong Kuo, Ph.D
Responsibilities include:

  •  Handling university and administrative matters assigned by the president
  •  Approving and reviewing official documents
  •  Coordinating school matters assigned by the president
  •  Supervising the execution of secretarial affairs
  •  Enhancing efficiency and reorganizing administrative procedures
  •  Acting as a liaison between the university and other institutions
  •  Overseeing other tasks assigned by the president.

Administrative Affairs Division:

Section Chief Katrine Jr-Ting Lin
Responsibilities include:

  •  Handling administrative matters assigned by chief secretary and the president
  •  Receiving international visitors on behalf of the president
  •  Arranging the president’s participation in international exchange programs
  •  Handling general administrative affairs
  •  Coordinating campus-wide administration
  •  Preparing the agenda and to maintain the minutes for university-level meetings
  •  Preparing the agenda and to maintain the minutes for university executive meetings
  •  Undertaking other tasks assigned by the president.

Secretary to the President Liang-Tai Chou
The secretary’s responsibilities include:

  •  Handling confidential matters for the president
  •  Coordinating the president’s schedule
  •  Arranging the president’s participation in international programs
  •  Receiving and greeting visitors on behalf of the president
  •  Maintaining the Chinese website information of the President’s Office
  •  Handling other assigned tasks.

Staff member Ti-Chi Liang
Responsibilities include:

  •  Registering seals for all divisions and departments within the university
  •  Processing all external documents
  •  Preparing the university’s annual briefing materials and report to the Ministry of Education
  •  Organizing meetings presided over by the president
  •  Receiving visitors on behalf of the president
  •  Managing the conference room at third-floor of the Administrative building
  •  Handling other assigned tasks.

English secretary Lydia Hsiang-Lin Hsu
Responsibilities include:

  •  Receiving international visitors on behalf of the president
  •  Arranging for the president’s participation in international exchange programs
  •  Handling general administrative affairs
  •  Coordinating campus-wide administration.

Archives Division:

Division director Chun-Chun Kao
Responsibilities include:

  •  Coordinating affairs within the division
  •  Registering and processing all files
  •  Classifying and cataloguing all files
  •  Tabulating all incoming and outgoing documents
  •  Supervising all documents
  •  Handling the annulment of dated files
  •  Overseeing the digitalization of all files.

Administrative assistant 
Responsibilities include:

  •  Cataloguing all files
  •  Handling file review requests
  •  Assisting the tracking of all documents
  •  Handling the annulment of dated documents
  •  Assisting the filing of all documents
  •  Handling the digitalization of all files
  •  Establishing databases for all files.
