SHU gets global kudos as ‘top 3’ private college in Taiwan
SHU has been honored worldwide! A ranking of the top universities in Taiwan by 4ICU (4th International Colleges and Universities) placed SHU not only in a list of the top universities, but also in the top three private schools.

The National Library recently held a press conference for “The Most Influential Academic Resource in Taiwan” to highlight the importance of communication for academics. During the press event, SHU was given four awards, including third place for our Communication Research and Practice periodical.

Surveys by China Times Weekly and jobs website 1111 put SHU at the top of Taiwan employers’ choice of universities for media, design, and arts graduates. SHU students have the skills they value: positive attitudes, problem solving abilities, great communication skills and professional skills.
